Welcome Home Camron

He made it! Elder Camron Moultrie returned home Thursday from the Orlando, Florida mission. Graham was SO excited to see him, and hasn't left his side too much since he has been home. He left when Graham was six months old, and came home to a new neice, Charlie that is six months old. Two years is a long time, but when he is playing with Graham at our house it feels as though he never left. Its so nice having some more family close. Welcome home Cam, we love you, and are so proud of you!

He and Charlie's first encounter, they are the only two that have those dimples:)

Uncle Doug is such a great supporter.

The boys minus KC. We missed you having you there Kace, love you!

Father and Son Campout

Jared and Graham headed out for their first Father and Son Campout the other night. It was just up the street from our house, and they didn't pull a "real" over nighter, but it was awesome non the less. Graham told me they cooked their dinner in the fire, and that he played in the dirt. It was fun seeing him so excited to go, and sad that he seemed so old. I had a flashforward of the many trips to come for this kid and his Dada. The tinfoil dinners were a success, and they brought back the campfire smell with them. They had a good time with their friends, and they both came home happy campers:)

Mother's Day

Happiest mama in the world.
I can't believe how blessed I truly feel to be a mother. You imagine how your life will be with your husband and kids, but have no idea until you are actually living it. The amount of love you instantly have for your children is amazing, and how it continues to grow and grow is unbelievable. There was a talk on Sunday where a man listed all of the things a mother does on a daily basis, and the dollar amount, or salary a mother could expect if motherhood was in the workforce. As he listed the duties, followed by experiences..some good, some bad, some really bad. I was filled with such pride, compassion, and love. I can't imagine my life without my kids, or without having been a mother. I also cannot imagine doing any of this without a perfect partner, Jared. Thank you for allowing me to be at home with our greatest blessings, I love you.

David O. McKay said, "Next to eternal life, the most percious gift that our Father in Heaven can bestow upon man is his children".

 I agree completely.

We can't all be looking in the same pic, of course.

Sweetest pictures ever with Charlie and Papi.

This is a PERFECT picture showing how much Graham loves getting his picture taken.

We love Grandma Connie-o!

Grahams wonderfullness:)

Just a few things I wanted to write down about Graham. He says the funniest things, as most kids do at age two.

*He calls John Deere, John Reindeer..I never want to correct him on this one. I love it!

* The other day he had to get two shots and on the way there he kept saying,"hold me dad, hold me dad". He was so brave, and told the nurses, "thanks so much" when they were through.

*He also did SO much better with his haircut this time. He prefers the airplane, and doesn't love the blowdryer.

*The NBA playoffs are in full swing, and Graham asks us where "Marshmellow" is (Carmelo). He also knows that he plays in New York. He tells us that D Rose is at the doctor because he hurt his knee, and always Michael Jordan.

*His new favorite book to read is The Book of Mormon, kid version. He and Jared tell each other the stories complete with EVIL KING NOAH voice inflections:)

*He can tell Adele songs whenever they come on.

*He prefers only his sheet at night in bed, and says it tickles, and they other one is too big.

*He gets in the car and says he is going to Pasadena. ?

*He HATES nursery.

*He starts off his stories with, "one day..."

*He says that only he and papa are going on tractor rides, NOT mom!

*When he has a hard time going to bed, he comes out of his room, and tries to entertain us to distract us. He asks us questions, will tell stories, or recite things he thinks we want to hear. Its so funny!
Thats all I have for now.. Love you buddy!

6 Months!

This girl is 6  months old! Her stats are as follows:
 height-26.5 in 75%
weight-15.23 lb 30%
head-16.5 32%
Yes we feed her, and yes she is a good eater! She's always been a little on the thin side, but completely normal the doc says:) She has started eating yummy baby food so I'm sure that will help her bulk up.
She is such a happy, fun baby. She really is pleasant most of the time, and keeps us smiling. She LOVES Graham and is pretty fond on her mama and dada. She likes her bink, but doesn't need it all the time, and has a smile that makes her eyes sparkle. She isn't the best sleeper, and during the week and a half while she was teether we called her night demon. She has two teeth on the bottom, and is catching on with the baby food. So far she has liked everything pretty good except peaches. bleh!
She is so tall with very long legs, and can roll. She can't quite sit up on her own yet, she falls forward slowly when she tries.
She coos and babbles and makes spit bubbles, so cute! She can push up with her legs and scoots on her back a little bit. You can tell she is wanting to move around and gets frustrated occasionally. Its funny how we thought Graham was such a good baby and mild tempered, Charlie really is. She is just so sweet and lovely. She has the ability to make me smile instantly.
Those dimples!!

She still is a spitter and we always have a birp cloth close by. She is a good "standy baby" and can put weight on her legs well. She smiles all the time, but will give dad a hard time once in a while, especially if she's hungry:)
We love you so much Charlie! You sure make our lives blessed and fill our home and hearts with joy.
